Scott Iseman founded Iseman PLLC in 2021 to handle difficult cases, take them to trial when necessary, and pursue the strongest possible result for every client.

His experience includes serving as a Marine Corps Judge Advocate, working as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, and spending seven years as a litigation attorney and partner at an established Albany law firm.

Scott Iseman is a former federal prosecutor and former Marine Corps Judge Advocate. After beginning his legal career in military service, he returned to New York’s Capital Region to represent clients in serious criminal matters.

He has handled approximately 300 criminal cases and tried approximately 35 jury trials to verdict. He also most recently served as president of the Saratoga County Bar Association.
