The jury deadlocked 11 to 1 in favor of acquittal on the remaining count. The count was not retried. The client received a time-served sentence on misdemeanor convictions returned at the same trial.
Title IX Hearing: Student Found Not Responsible
A university sophomore faced a sexual assault allegation from a former student. The defense gathered witness statements and social-media messages and presented the evidence at a contested hearing.
